The “Dharmatory” Yurt is a shared accommodation, very near the dedicated meditation yurt. Yurts are a traditional Mongolian structure, now modernized by companies such as Pacific Yurts of Oregon (which is the brand of yurt we happen to have).
Yurt dwellers have access to the Cook Shack which has a full kitchen and a 3 piece bathroom.
The Yurt is very comfortable, with electricity, heating and cooling, a sink with hot and cold water, microwave, tea kettle and a coffee maker.
The Agave Suite is a private unit in our modern eco-house. It has a king-sized bed, sitting area, kitchenette, and private bath.
The kitchenette has: under-the-counter refrigerator, toaster-oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven, electric appliances, conduction hot plate, dishes, cutlery, glassware, full complement of utensils, etc.
The Casita Manzanita is also in our modern eco-house. It has a private bedroom with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, fold-down queen Murphy bed in the living room, and a full kitchen with bar seating.
The kitchen is completely equipped: full size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster-oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glassware, full complement of utensils, pots and pans, etc.
The natural beauty here is wondrous, and there are lovely tent sites on the property. Tent sites have access to the Cook Shack which has a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink, and flush toilet.
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 100% to reserve your retreat dates.
Financial Aid with Retreat Fees
In the future, Dharma Treasure hopes to establish a scholarship fund through donations, but until then, we have established a limited work exchange rate for those who are willing to put in an equivalent value in time and effort in the form of other work:
$17 per day for camping (depending on length of retreat)
$37 per day for Dharmatory Yurt (depending on length of retreat)
Applications for the limited number of work exchange openings are considered on an individual basis.
