Refund Policy
If you cancel prior to March 5th, 2019, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 cancellation fee.
After March 5th, no refunds of your payment will be offered. In the event of special circumstances leading to a cancellation, each case will be considered individually when the retreat is over.
Dharma Treasure is a small non-profit organization; for your convenience as well as to keep transaction fees as low as possible, we propose several methods of payment. The options below are listed in order of our preference, based on fees and administrative overhead.
US Residents or those with US bank account
Mail a check (from a US bank) made payable to Dharma Treasure to:

PayPal or credit card. Dharma Treasure pays a 2.2% fee for this type of payment. A PayPal account is not required to use a credit card.

For those outside the US
If you are in Canada you may obtain a cashier’s check from your bank payable, in US Dollars, to Dharma Treasure and mail to:

We cannot accept other international checks due to high fees and slow clearance times.
For most other countries
Transferwise at www.transferwise.com. is by far our preferred payment method for international payments due to significantly lower fees. Click the ‘Sign Up’ button near the top of the Transferwise page, and complete the sign up process. Next choose the ‘Send Money’ option. Select the amount to pay Dharma Treasure in US dollars, and it will show you the cost in your own currency.
Send the payment to the director@dharmatreasure.org email address, and the company name is Dharma Treasure, Inc. Transferwise should find information about Dharma Treasure once you enter the above email address.
PayPal or credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account is required) This method will cost Dharma Treasure a fee of 4.4% of the retreat fee for an international transaction. You may use the PayPal button above to pay this way.
