Learn the practice of satipatthana, commonly known as the four foundations of mindfulness. Satipatthana is an accessible and holistic practice that connects all aspects of your life. Moving from the gross to the subtle, satipatthana thoroughly clarifies the dimensions of your being and makes clear their interconnectedness. Both meditation and wakeful contemplation during your day create a seamless experience with opportunities for valuable insights. No experience with meditation or satipatthana necessary.
