Sample Daily Personal Retreat Schedule.pdf
This sample schedule is meant to provide one example of a possible daily schedule. Some people like to get up early, others have better meditations in the evenings and like to stay up later. People’s rhythms also change seasonally.
We require a minimum of 5 hours of formal practice, dedicated practitioners here often do 8-10 hours of practice per day.
You create your schedule to match your optimal rhythm while synchronizing with the meditation hall schedule.
