Gabriel is from Quebec, Canada. He has a background in Burmese Theravada (Goenka, Mahasi, Pa Auk) and teaches a down-to-earth, nature-oriented and life-affirming approach to meditation.
This workshop offers a set of tools, including field-tested techniques and heuristics to help you understand where you are at, and what to do next. You will also have access to group coaching, to help you navigate stages four to eight described in The Mind Illuminated
